Agitator Whiskymaker is one of the most modern companies, which differs in many ways from other whisky stills.
This is the world's first producer of malt whisky that carries out vacuum distillation. One of the most distinctive features of the Agitator production process is that all alcohol is distilled precisely in a vacuum.
Oskar Bruno, head of the distillery, explained: “We wanted to create a company for the efficient production of high-quality products, which would be built on new technologies that can reveal the full potential of whisky. We will never compromise on quality."
In order to increase the diversity of the assortment and give individual products the exact taste profile, the company built a whisky still with a double pair of stills: wash stills and spirit stills, but with completely different shapes and properties. It is narrow distillation cubes that give a light, malty and fruity distillate, and short distillation cubes - heavier, sharp and smoky taste notes.

BLENDED WHISKY
NOSE & PALATE
A blended whisky with a balanced taste of malt, vanilla fudge, and caramelized sugar, with notes of exotic fruit, butterscotch, and orange blossoms. Generous, fruity flavour with a medium-long finish.
MATURATION
We have blended malt whisky matured on casks of new American oak, chestnut casks and casks that previously held sherry and bourbon, with grain whisky matured on bourbon casks and casks of new American oak.
PAIRS WITH
The BBQ, the cottage, a couch, or in a drink.
SINGLE MALT WHISKY
NOSE & PALATE
On the nose, there is a lovely, light fruit, dominated by citrus, red apple and pineapple, together with dried fruit, coming from the sherry and chestnut casks. On the palate, there is a certain saltiness, with a peaty note, a result of our decision on how smoked the grain should be. This is well matched by a fruity note, also with apple and citrus. In the finish, there is a note of sweet vanilla toffee, mostly from the Bourbon and American oak casks, and it lingers pleasantly for a long time.
MATURATION
The product is a blend of whiskies matured on bourbon casks, new American oak casks, sherry casks, and chestnut casks.

NOSE & PALATE
On the nose, there is a flattering peaty note, accompanied by light straw and herbal notes, and balanced wood. On the palate, there is also the peatiness, which lingers without becoming overbearing. The herbs from the nose reappear on the palate, together with distinct notes of dried apricot. In the finish, there is a certain saltiness, no doubt due to the fact that we matured on casks that previously held whisky from Islay.
MATURATION
This whisky has been matured on ex-Islay casks and chestnut casks.
PAIRS WITH
Flavorsome cheeses, i.e., blue cheese, dark chocolate, oysters, or smoked fish, for instance, salmon.
