Created in our handsome pot still, Harry, who resides in the wonderful The Royal Oak Pub & Hotel right in the heart of Yattendon and now distilled at our new, larger distillery just a stone’s throw away from the village.
Distilled with hand-picked botanicals including Norway Spruce, Juniper, Coriander, Sweet Orange peel and Grapefruit.
Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin
50ml Berkshire Botanical Honey and Orange Blossom Gin 20ml Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Runny Honey Orange or Lemon Twist
Pour the Honey and Orange Blossom Gin, Juice and Honey into a cocktail shaker over plenty of cubed ice and shake until the contents are thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass, then garnish with a long strip of lemon or orange peel, first twisting the peel over the glass to release its oils.
50ml Berkshire Botanical Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin 20ml Fresh Lime Juice, plus a slice of lime 10ml Sugar Syrup Fresh raspberries Dash of Ginger Ale
Add the Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and 2-3 fresh raspberries to a cocktail shaker. Fill with plenty of cubed ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh cubed ice, using a fine strainer to remove any raspberry seeds. Top up with a dash of ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime and a raspberry.
